SUNRISE RIDGE

Anthony, Kansas will soon celebrate the groundbreaking of Sunrise Ridge Townhomes, a housing complex to accommodate elderly persons in the community who meet specific income criteria. 

The six 2-bedroom duplexes located on land donated by Visions Unlimited, LLC are being developed by Messner Development of Capital City, Nebraska. Upon completion Interfaith Housing Services, Inc. of Hutchinson, Kansas will own and manage the complex. 

              

Progress continues at a rapid pace
with two duplexes are scheduled for occupancy July 1, 2008.
